The funding round was led by Pantera Capital, and included participations from Susquehanna International Group and HashKey Capital.
Backers for the dShares platform, which will be available ex-US, included a Susquehanna subsidiary.
The new capital will help develop the SUAVE decentralized platform for maximal extractable value (MEV).
The protocol was built on the architecture of LayerZero, which raised $120 million at a $3 billion valuation earlier this year.
Boldstart Ventures led the round for the startup, which helps developers avoid vulnerabilities in smart contract code.
Binance Labs led the round with HashKey Capital, NGC and Shima Capital among the other backers.
The amount of the investment wasn’t disclosed, and Wintermute will provide liquidity services to the decentralized exchange.
