Tether to Shutter Euro Stablecoin as Key MiCA Deadline Looms
Tether said it will phase out its euro stablecoin, EURT. Users will be able to redeem tokens for up until one year from now.
Instead, the company will focus on backing new stablecoin ventures such as its recent investment in Quantoz and its tokenization platform Hadron.
Deutsche Bank Invests in Blockchain Payment Network Partior
Deutsche Bank joined Partior’s Series B funding round as a strategic investor.
Partior raised a total of $80 million in the round.
Other investors in the blockchain-based clearing firm include JPMorgan, Jump Trading and Standard Chartered.
